Hi! My name is Alisa (pronounced Uh-Lisa) and I am the Operations Manager at Live Florida Realty. I attended Florida State University where I got my Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, and went on to obtain my Mater’s Degree in Corporate Communication with a Certificate in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Central Florida (by the way, only one of these schools is a real National Champion - GO NOLES🏈)!

My journey in real estate happened by accident when I took a job for a competing brokerage to supplement my income while I was in graduate school. I quickly fell in love with this industry… and the rest is history! I have had my Real Estate License since 2016, and through my experience over the years I have become passionate about changing the real estate experience for buyers, sellers and agents.

As the Operations Manager my day-to-day can be very unpredictable. It is my job to oversee the business, analyze our processes and implement necessary changes to ensure that our agents have the tools they need to succeed in providing our clients with the best possible service.

Each and every sale brings its own unique challenges that influence the decisions made, and the experience had, for all parties involved. A real estate transaction is complex and can be extremely stressful. It often requires creative problem solving to make things work for everyone, and teaching our agents to overcome the challenges that arise during the process is one of the things I love most about my job. It’s such a joy to be an integral part of our agents success, and there is nothing I love more than seeing them advance their careers as they help the people of our community reach their real estate goals.

Fun fact about me, I live in Orlando even though our office and the majority of our business is done in Lakeland. While there are hundreds of real estate brokerages to choose from, there are not many that embody the values that we do. I think that's a true testament to the culture of Live Florida Realty, and is what makes my commutes 100% worth it.
