Hey there, I am Nicole Salter, from New York and I wear many hats—I'm a daughter, sister, wife, and proud mom of two amazing kiddos. But my passion doesn't stop with my family—I'm all about lending a helping hand to anyone who needs it, whether they're close to me or not.

With a degree in physical education, I started my journey with dreams of molding young minds. However the reality from student teaching opened my eyes to the challenges of the field, leading me to pivot my focus.

For the next ten years, I poured my heart and soul into supporting the mentally challenged and autistic adult community. It was incredibly fulfilling work, but when my family needed me most, I took a step back to prioritize them.

When deciding to go back to work after having children I needed a job where I can set my own schedule. This led me to working in home inspections for insurance companies. I gained a whole new perspective on property assessment and the inner workings of insurance companies. It is a world filled with surprises and things that make you go hmmmmmmmmm!

Shortly after my dad passed my family and I decided to move to florida. With a nudge from my husband, I took the leap into real estate. It's been an incredible journey of learning, making friends and helping others! Guiding folks through the maze of real estate transactions, sharing my knowledge about homes, neighborhoods, schools, and finances is all part of the gig.

My mission is to make the real estate process as smooth and transparent as possible, ensuring my clients are given the necessary information to make important decisions every step of the way. There's nothing more rewarding than helping someone find their perfect place to call home.

Through all of my work experiences, I quickly learned that helping people was my superpower. I now use that power to help transform the lives of my clients and their families by helping them find a home that fits their needs.
